Admission Requirements
- Age Criteria
Pupils who have completed 6 years on 30th June of that year are eligible for admission to Std. I. For successive standards, a proportionate age is fixed. - Leaving Certificate
A candidate who has attended any recognized school cannot be admitted without a leaving certificate from the school they last attended. For students who have been studying outside the U.T. of Dadra and Nagar Haveli, this certificate must be countersigned by the Inspector of Schools from the respective state. - Birth Certificate
A candidate joining from home or a private school must produce an official Birth Certificate (such as a Municipal or Panchayat Certificate) to verify the date of birth entered in the Admission Form.
Attendance Policy
- Long Absence
Students who have been absent from school for a long period without prior notice will be struck off from the rolls on the last day of the month. - Re-opening Day Absence
Students who do not attend school on the re-opening day after vacations may have to pay the entrance fee again unless prior notification is given.
Withdrawal & Leaving Certificates
- Notice for Withdrawal
A one-month notice must be given by the parent/guardian before the withdrawal of a pupil. If no notice is provided, full fees for the notice period will be charged. - Leaving Certificate Issuance
Leaving certificates will be issued free of charge within one year of the student leaving the school. Those leaving in April must pay fees until May. The leaving certificate will be issued on the same day of application.
